1. A selected minute on the MMIT website becomes the exclusive property of the purchaser in perpetuity when payment of the once only fee of £2.95 sterling (US$5.95, €4.40) has been cleared by e-minutes. The minute purchased is for the specified time, date and year in the relevant time zone (e.g. GMT) only; this cannot be resold to anyone else unless agreed with the original purchaser in writing.
2. Payment will be accepted by most of the top debit or credit cards and will be taken in pounds sterling. Card operators will, however, normally convert this into your local currency when charging your account. The dollar and Euro amounts shown on this site are estimates based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly upon your credit card transaction. 
3. No refunds will be made unless MMIT is acknowledged to be at fault.
4. Each minute purchased entitles the purchaser, or their nominee (if the time has been purchased on behalf of someone else), to their individual web page on the site and the ability to upload photographs and text of their choice, or video via youtube,all of which can be edited at any time. Access to the page is password protected, but the purchaser has the option to make their page public if they so wish. There is no limit to the number of available minutes that can be purchased.
5. When buying a minute, you will be offered the additional option of having it featured for all to see on the homepage at no extra cost depending on availability. This runs for 24 hours on the selected day from 00.01hours in the selected world time zone.
6. No obscene, offensive, indecent, defamatory, menacing, misleading, or, unlawful material will be accepted. Similarly, links to web sites of this nature will also not be accepted.
7. We will not be held responsible for material uploaded by customers, nor, for the contents of websites to which they may have provided links.
8. We reserve the right to remove blogs or publicly accessible content deemed to contravene item 6, whether or not this has been paid for, and in the event of legally justified complaints received. In these cases no refunds can be made.
9. It is the responsibility of advertisers to keep their passwords and any other security details safe and we accept no responsibility for any breaches of security caused by advertisers’ own negligence.
10. Whilst every effort will be made to keep the web site active at all times, downtime may occasionally be necessary for maintenance or repair.
11. E-minutes reserve the right to amend the content or structure of the website, including terms and conditions, without notice.
